38º Plane Iron for #62 Low Angle Jack Plane

• This 50mm Luban Plane Blade is designed to fit the Luban #62 Low Angle Jack Plane 
• The blade is 3mm thick and is made from T10 water hardened carbon tool steel and hardened to RC63. Water hardening steels are more difficult to heat treat than either oil or air hardening steels, but they take a finer edge 
• With the 38º blade installed your Luban #62 Low Angle Jack Plane, it functions in much the same way as any other York Pitch plane
• Its reasonably long sole means that you can take component sized pieces from sawn to four squared with a sensible degree of accuracy
